How smokyfi works

smokyfi connects you with local hookah lounges and smoke shops. They list rentals, catering, delivery and pickup. You compare, book and pay in one place.

For customers, in three steps

Search and compare

Enter your city or ZIP and pick a service. Compare vendors by price, photos, distance and reviews. Every listing shows exactly what is included, so there are no surprises at the door.

Book and pay securely

Choose your date and time and pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. For rentals where the vendor sets a deposit on the hookah, it is placed as a hold on your card. A hold is not a charge, and it is released after the return inspection. The exact deposit is always shown before you confirm.

Get your hookah

Pick it up packed and ready, have it delivered to your door, or let the catering crew run the whole session. Show your photo ID at handover; everyone booking must be 21 or older. When it is over, return the equipment and leave a review.

The details that keep it fair

Vendors are paid after the serviceYour payment is released to the vendor once the rental or event is complete, not before. That aligns everyone's incentives.
Vendor details stay private until you bookListings show services, areas, ratings and photos of the work, never vendor names or phone numbers. Once your booking is confirmed and paid, your booking shows your vendor's name and contact details. Until then, everything runs through smokyfi.
Photo-checked handover and returnThe vendor photographs the equipment with you at handover and again at return. Those photos are the shared record if there is ever a question about damage.
Cleaning is the vendor's jobEquipment arrives cleaned and sanitized. You return it emptied, and the vendor handles the deep clean. A cleaning fee can never be charged to you.
Clear cancellationsCancel more than 48 hours ahead for a full refund of the rental price. The full rules live in our Rental Terms and Policy.

Renting for the first time?

A rental hookah arrives with everything you need: the hookah itself, a bowl, a hose, premium shisha and natural coconut coals, all included in the price. Most rentals run 24 hours, with self pickup, delivery, or delivery and next-day pickup options. If you have never set one up, choose delivery or catering and the vendor handles the setup for you.
